We’re now looking for an assistant cook to join our team.

Working from our seasonal created menus you will be responsible for preparing and serving appetising and freshly produced food, whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety.
Reporting to the managers the successful candidate will be an inspirational, organised and helpful person in a busy kitchen environment.
Due to the nature of our business which operates both daytime and evenings, the successful applicant will be required to work a variety of shifts, to include (but not all and on rotation) weekends, Bank Holidays and the Festive period.
Applicants will have a passion for good food and presentation, be able to maintain high standards at all times (including cleanliness – where required – carry out specific cleaning duties on a daily, weekly and monthly basis within the kitchen / food preparation area) and have a good knowledge of health and safety and allergen laws.
To apply for the role you will have a minimum qualification NVQ Level 2 or 706/2 in Catering, basic or Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate. All applicants are expected to have good customer service skills with a desire to deliver first class service to our customers.
