The sun is shining (well for now at least) and now The Marquis of Ormondes’ new summer menu has landed.
So, what treats can we expect?
Well first up there’s our brand new minted lamb burger! Handmade by our chef’s, this 6oz minted lamb burger is succulent and tender, made using fresh mint from the garden, topped with lettuce and red onion. Served in a brioche burger bun with homemade chips, seasonal salad, battered onion rings, chilli jam and homemade coleslaw.
And to spice things up a little, we would like to introduce our homemade Vegetable Makhanwala!
Our Chef’s own recipe rich vegetable curry, a medium dish made with potatoes, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, cashew nuts, coconut and specially selected spices, topped with coriander leaves. Served with two poppadoms, mango chutney and pilau rice. Not only is it vegetarian, it is also vegan friendly!
